NEW MEMBERS

New members can take a trial class for $25 at any of our New York locations - to select this option simply go to the studio you wish to visit and book your class.

READY TO COMMIT?

For returning clients with a less frequent practice you can purchase a classcard for any of our locations - all classcards have a 12 month expiration from date of activation.

Ready to go all in? We have a selection of monthly, 6 monthly and annual memberships for each location availbable and guess what - the more you commit the better it gets!

Everything about ID Hot Yoga was inspired by you.

Because our identity is shaped our collective identities. We don’t look alike, we don’t think alike, we don’t practice alike. But we all come together in every class, each on our own journey, to get a little better than we were the day before.

Our instructors are like no other. That’s why we love them, right?

Good news: our instructors aren’t going anywhere during this transition. So you can still practice with the teachers you trust while we revamp the vibes in each studio.

✨FG2 - a flow without the vinyasa✨

All FG classes are based in the Hatha method - postures held in stillness - but don’t let that fool you, we MOVE. One of the beautiful benefits of a set sequence is the confidence of the room being able to seamlessly move together, all while individually focusing on alignment and precision. With a multitude of options and variations to take within postures, the practice is always your own, but still connected.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a newbie, you’ll always have a safe space in the room with us 🤍

Explore Your Identity in beautiful Tulum, Mexico on our wellness retreat that promises to rest your mind and rejuvenate your body.

Sun, fun and community will lead this retreat as we practice yoga and movement twice daily along with breath-work and meditation sessions, traditional ceremonies and rituals.
